Meal lines

Lines built like production schedules

Each published line bundles shopping clusters, cook order, chill map, and seasonal swaps. You should be able to read the sheet once, shop once, and cook without improvising unless you want to.

What each line promises on paper

These cards describe structure and cooking flow only. Approximate portion or ingredient data may be supplied for planning; it is not personalised nutrition advice or a promise of any result.

Harbour grain bowls

One pot for the grain while toppings stay mostly raw or quick-pickled. Rye berries can swap for rice when you want a softer chew for younger eaters.

Dairy optional Nut-free paths

Nordic oven trays

Dense roots start under cover; quick vegetables join after the first door open. Half-sheet instructions scale down for single households.

One pan Batchable

Studio lunch boxes

Dressings stay sealed until noon. Crisp inserts lift lettuce above moisture. Containers nest for compact bags.

Transit Modular

Cluster A

Grains, oils, vinegars, salt, and sweeteners that repeat across the week.

Cluster B

Vegetables and herbs purchased for colour balance, not novelty.

Cluster C

Proteins or plant analogues with clear thaw and cook windows.

Finish

Pickles or ferments from a prior batch to avoid day-of pressure.

Seasonal oven trays

Winter trays

Turnips, carrots, cabbage wedges, and hardy herbs that tolerate a longer roast.

Spring trays

Asparagus, new potatoes, young onions, lighter oils, shorter oven times.

Summer trays

Zucchini ribbons, cherry tomatoes, beans that need quick heat—not slow caramel.

Lunch box logistics

We design for upright bags and tram rides. Wet ingredients stay isolated until you twist a lid. If your workplace has no microwave, we note cold-eat variants.

Corporate pilots include a short allergen matrix you can forward to facilities teams without editing.

When suppliers change

If a partner reformulates a sauce or spice blend, we refresh the public allergen summary before the next delivery wave. Clients on standing orders receive a concise diff, not a full reprint, unless labels change materially.
